16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence
Today marks the start of 16 Days of Activism Against Gender-based Violence. This international campaign begins every year on November 25, the International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women, and concludes on December 10, Human Rights Day. The 16 Days of Activism has taken place every year since 1991, and this year’s theme is “Unite! Activism to Violence Against Women and Girls!”.
